Myofascial Release
Myofascial Release is a fusion of ancient wisdom and recently discovered scientific insights. The importance of Myofascial Release has emerged as a highly effective treatment for the reduction of pain, headaches and the restoration of function.Myofascial Release focuses on the release of the bodies most flexible yet sturdy tissue; the fascia. This type of connective tissue surrounds each and every muscle and organ in the body. It's continuity and endlessness, means that the effect of its restriction can cause imbalance in the joints of the body which in turn causes an imbalance on posture, which compromises the bodies ability to function at it's optimum. To get the most out of Myofascial Release we focus on posture. There is a blue print of the body whereby balance is key; with this in mind we work to re-establish balance by focusing on releasing key areas of fascia that could be holding the body in tilted positions. Myofacial Release lengthens these key areas to rebuild the building blocks and create the balance that the body requires
MYOFASCIAL MASSAGE: Connective Tissue Massage, also known as Myofascial Release, is a form of massage that is aimed at releasing restrictions in the body. This treatment has been known to relieve chronic tension, improve posture, increase the body’s range of motion, and improve the overall health of a person’s body and mind.
MUSCLE RELEASE TECHNIQUE : Based up on the principles of Neuromuscular therapy, this unique treatment uses compression, extension, movement and breath to break up adhesions and scar tissue allowing muscle memory to be restored and pain ultimately reduced.
